Remote work at Chime

For some Chimers, working from wherever they are is how they do their best work—we call them our Remote Chimers! Remote Chimers enjoy many of the same benefits as our in-office Chimers, as well as a stipend to set up their ideal home office. We’ve created extensive documentation around how to be more productive while working remotely and stay connected to other Chimers. We believe that building a more inclusive Chime is a practice of intention, starting with how we come together in a hybrid world. We work hard to make our meetings more welcoming by providing guidelines for Chimers to make working remotely the best it can be.
