 My co-workers challenge the way I think, inspire me, make me laugh, and are one of the best parts of coming to work each day. Through Chime, I've learned a great deal about the financial challenges of Americans across the country, and I'm ready to join in to work on something bigger than ourselves.

Becoming a Chimer 💚

Getting hired is more than hitting the "Apply" button. During the interview process, we'll get to know you and you'll get to know us. We see interviewing as the path to joining our family of Chimers—here are the steps between hitting "Apply" and being part of the fam. 
Step 1 Find the job you're interested in. Check out our open positions page to browse by team and location. 
Step 2 Complete your profile and submit your application. You should hear from our team regardless of our decision in 1-2 weeks.
Step 3 An introductory call with a recruiter or hiring manager will help us get to know each other better and give you insight into the role.
Step 4 Depending on the position, you'll have interviews with folks from across the team you're interested in joining. 
Step 5
Our offers are based on our compensation philosophy, which centers around equitable pay and comprehensive benefits.
Step 6
Join the team! Once your offer is signed, we'll kick off the onboarding process to make you part of the Chime family.
